No fee page can tell you your exact cost, because it depends on what you're buying, how you're paying, and the market at that moment. So we built it into the product instead: you see your complete cost before you commit to anything.

What does Xcoins charge?

Every Xcoins transaction shows your complete quote, including all costs, before you confirm. The quote you accept is exactly what you pay; nothing is added afterwards. Costs vary by payment method and market conditions, which is why your quote, not a table, is the number that counts.

    Your quote is built on the live market price of the coin at that moment, the same rate you see on our price pages.

  2. Costs are added in, visibly

    Any costs that apply to your transaction are included in the quote you see at checkout, before you confirm. One number, everything in it.

  3. Confirm, and that's what you pay

    The quote you accept is the amount that settles. Nothing appears on your statement that wasn't on your screen first.

    The live price of the coin itself. It moves continuously, which is why quotes are fetched fresh and why your quote can differ from a chart you looked at earlier.

    When you send crypto to another wallet, the coin's network charges a fee to process it. On Ethereum you'll hear these called gas fees; every network has its own version. It goes to the network, not to Xcoins, and it's shown before you confirm any send.

No. Your complete quote, including all costs, appears at checkout before you confirm, and the quote you accept is exactly what you pay. If a cost isn't in your quote, you won't be charged it.
Two reasons. Crypto prices move continuously, so the market may have shifted since the chart you saw. And your quote includes the costs of your transaction, while a chart shows the raw market rate. The quote is the complete, personal number; the chart is the market's.
They can. Cards, wallet payments and bank transfers each carry different processing costs, and your checkout quote reflects the method you've chosen. If cost matters more than speed, it's worth comparing your quote across the methods available to you.
Network fees are charged by a coin's own network to process transfers, and they go to the network, not to Xcoins. You'll see the fee before you confirm any send from your wallet. They rise and fall with how busy the network is.
There's no charge for having an Xcoins account. Costs arise when you transact, and each transaction shows its complete quote before you confirm.
Gas fees are the name for network fees on Ethereum, and every blockchain has its own version. They're charged by the coin's network, not by Xcoins, and they apply when crypto moves on the network, such as when you send coins from your wallet to another address. You'll see any network fee before you confirm a send, and it rises and falls with how busy the network is. The glossary explains how gas works in more detail.
